How did you end up in the translation industry and how long have you been working for Interlex? I have been working for Interlex since the merger of Grata and Interlex, meaning slightly more than two years.
Lots of opportunities for development Interlex is one of the oldest translation agencies in Estonia. Despite our distinguished age, we remain a fast-growing company that also creates many opportunities for our employees to develop internally.
Our CEO Inge Rätsep was re-elected to the Management Board of the Association of Estonian Translation Companies. We asked Inge what motivates her to engage in community work in addition to running a business.
Each year, the Interlex team participates in a teambuilding event and takes trips. In the past we have travelled to India, where we set up a pop-up office, with our path last year having taken us to Kihnu.
