We are looking for an international project manager who would mainly manage our international client base.
Who are the clients of Interlex?
Our clients operate in the following areas: electronics, heavy machinery, automotive industry, finance, banking, medicine, marketing, law, and the EU. We also work closely with international translation corporations for whom we offer translation services mainly in Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian.
Main duties and responsibilities

Evaluation of clients’ needs, consultation

Order management, project planning, budgeting, and fulfilment from the moment the order is placed until the completion of the order, including planning and distributing translation work to linguists and entering the relevant details in the database

Monitoring of settlements
Working time from Monday to Friday from 9.00–17.00. Option to work remotely.
Education requirements and skills
-
Vocational education, higher education or relevant work experience in the field of translation

Fluent written and verbal self-expression skills in both English and Estonian

Understanding of project management methodologies

Financial literacy, budgeting

Excellent computer skills
Other beneficial skills

Previous administrative or project management experience

Knowledge of various text processing and translation programs
Remuneration by agreement; work will start in May.
