NTIF (Nordic Translation Industry Forum) is a prestigious annual conference that brings together specialists and influencers from the Nordic and Baltic translation industry. NTIF is the largest regional collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking event, offering participants a diverse programme and interesting speakers.

On 9 September, I attended the conference #KIELI2022 in Finland. The conference took place in the beautiful Little Finlandia conference hall and was organised by the Finnish Association of Translation Companies SKY.

Our CEO Inge Rätsep was re-elected to the Management Board of the Association of Estonian Translation Companies. We asked Inge what motivates her to engage in community work in addition to running a business.
