Interlex is one of the oldest translation agencies in Estonia. Despite our distinguished age, we remain a fast-growing company that also creates many opportunities for our employees to develop internally. We translate into all of the most widely spoken languages in Europe and around the world. Our six main areas of translation are finance, law, marketing, technology, heavy industry, and medicine.

Home office option

Location is not important when joining our team. The nature of our work means that the concept of a home office is nothing new to us. Although we have beautiful offices in Tallinn and Tartu, you can work with us from anywhere. Together with our collective we also established a remote office in India, which was a really fun experience.

A diverse collective

We are a very diverse group, which is reflected in our different personalities, ages, educational backgrounds, interests, and hobbies – ranging from swing dancing and ceramics to video games.

Team events

We have tried to organise community events that reflect the different hobbies and interests of our staff. Quite often you can find us sailing out at sea. In spring we try to get to southern Estonia or somewhere beautiful to go canoeing. As our team includes a lot of film lovers, many of our events are film-related. We watch films and also visit the cinema together.

We support healthy lifestyles

Interlex desk jockeys also participate in sports. For example, the YuMuuv app helps keep our team sporty by allowing us to organise challenges and competitions together. Many people like to go for a run or a walk when not sitting behind their computers.

The Stebby environment provides the opportunity to discover new health-promoting services, from spas to medical services and from exercise to nutrition.
